Mr. Thembalekhaya Mboto, Director and Head of Administrative Civil Litigation. Mr. Thembalekhaya Mboto is the Director of Mboto and Associates, where he spearheads the Administrative Civil Litigation department. He oversees a team of specialized attorneys with a cumulative experience of 10 years, focusing on Employment, Commercial, and Corporate law. Mr. Mboto commenced his articles in 2013 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2015. With over a decade of post-admission litigation experience, he possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in the legal fi eld, particularly in litigation.
As a seasoned attorney with over eight years of leadership experience as a director, Mr. Mboto prioritises client satisfaction and takes great pride in delivering exceptional
results. He is a hands-on attorney who prefers to personally handle matters, including drafting documents and presenting cases.

Thembelihle Mayaba is a Senior Candidate Attorney at Mboto and Associates, having completed her articles and awaiting admission as an attorney. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (2018) and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Maritime Law. During her academic tenure, Ms. Mayaba demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, notably serving as Central President of the Golden Key International Honour Society, UKZN Chapter (2019).

Asanda Mani is a talented and ambitious Candidate Attorney who recently graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Fort Hare in 2023. Demonstrating her commitment to excellence, she promptly pursued additional training, obtaining certificates in Practical Legal Training from the University of KwaZulu- Natal and Trial Advocacy Training from the Black Lawyers’ Association Legal Education Centre, both in 2023.
